Part V: HOW TO PARTICIPATE

A. Basic requirements

Provide complete information: Name, address, phone number and 1 beautiful photo for the Company Banner

B. Special requirements

1. Register as a wholesaler: The first order can be entered with 5 increases, 5 decreases calculated separately according to the price list, not combined

2. Register as a Branch: Customers will be able to become a Branch if they satisfy 1 of the following 2 requirements (note that only 1 of the 2 conditions is required)

– The first order must import at least 50 boxes.

– As a wholesaler, the total number of orders within 1 month is 50 boxes.

3. Register to become an agent: Customers will be able to become agents if they satisfy 1 of the following 2 requirements (note that only 1 of the 2 conditions is required)

– Commit to the first order of at least 300 boxes

– Already a “Branch” and have a total of 300 orders within 1 month (calculated separately for Weight Gain and Weight Loss)
